Kebab Halebi - Van Nuys

Kebab Halebi is one of my go-to spots. The food consistently tastes amazing, and the service is wonderful. It's a family-run restaurant, and I can confidently say they do a fantastic job. It's always clean and the ingredients are always fresh.

We have been going to this restaurant for years and the food is delicious, but recently the place has turned into a gangster collection type of restaurant where even the owner would do nothing about the obnoxily rude and very loudly large table. We went out and found a better place. I don't think we're going back, not worth the ride.

If you, after a satisfying and minimalist approach, that's it! I was born in Kuwait for 27 years, so my taste buds are very picky when it comes to Arabic food! I hate menus that need me to turn around. Two pages max. finished! This place has less. And less is more! And the Antakli Kebab record was delish! Ask for extra Antakli! The plate also had a minimal appearance. 4 medium-sized spikes, cut antaklibrot, pommes and pommes. Ask for garlic paste. Will never go wrong! Definitely for more!!

This place is fantastic! I can always count on consistent quality every time I visit. If you’re a kebab lover, this is definitely the spot for you; they likely serve the best kebab in all of Southernka. As a Turkish person, I’ve been to many places that claim to be authentic, but none come close to this one. I think their standout dish is the Adana kebab, which comes in generous portions, along with complimentary pickles and rice. Their rice pilaf is remarkable—I can even taste it at home! For dessert, the Ashta with fresh fruits is a delightful finish. Overall, my experience was wonderful, and I will definitely keep coming back.

Frog legs were amazing, place was clean . They only had one server but he was fast. Adana kebab was undercooked but all appetizers tasted pretty good as well. Clean place easy quick family lunch place if you are craving middle eastern food
