They don’t answer the phones. Called multiple times.

Really wish I could leave 0 stars. Pulled up at 8:10pm place closes at 9pm. Sat in drive thru for a bit. Husband says “hello” with no response. We drive passed the drive thru window is an employee just kicking back and relaxing. Won’t be back. I hope the owner sees this.

Every time I order from here my sandwich is wrong. Then when I call to ask to have it re-made correctly they put me on hold until the phone disconnects and then never answer the phone again. Very frustrating and unprofessional. Edit: Called corporate and they said that although this store is using bad business practices corporate can't do anything to help other than send you a gift card. So buyer beware at using this franchisee's locations.

They don't staff their stores properly and when their single employee can't do the work of 5 people, they illegally dock their pay. Horrible bosses. Valley Park location and their other stores in Fenton, Sunset Hills and DesPeres. Don't work for these people.

This place is horribly understaffed. Marks food as delivered when it has not been. Does not answer their phone. Overall horribly incompetent and slow. Will not order from them again. Food was ordered at 12:53pm They stated the food was delivered at 12:54pm Food ultimately arrived (after ordering elsewhere and requesting a refund for this food) at 2:49pm Not the drivers fault. Store should have answered there phone to advise food was still on its way and issue a refund.
