The new management is totally poor. I wanted to celebrate my wife's birthday and it cost me like a wedding. 20 minutes to look for the seat with the practically empty room. 10 minutes to order, there is no paper with the menu, there are no prices, there are only 2 first and 2 second precotti heated in the oven without flavor, and the frozen pizzas heated in the electric oven. 20 minutes to serve. 10 minutes to pay and finally discover the prices from restaurant 2 stars michelin. A real fight for a ****. I'll never come back under torture again.

The Green Island is a restaurant with a beautiful private beach where you can cool off on hot summer days, enjoying the beautiful panorama of the mountains and Lake Lecco. It is located in Liscione in Valbrona on the provincial road to Bellagio, it is a pleasant and youthful environment where home cooking is excellent and abundant at a reasonable price. If you decide to spend the day on the beach as an alternative to the restaurant you can choose to make a snack, as the beach is equipped with kiosk as well as sunbeds and umbrellas. Also from 17,30 on Happy Hour every evening (summer on the beach with music). If someone wanted to take a boat trip the Green Island (except for early booking) you can arrange a trip on the lake, experience that I did personally and that I liked very much. We can eat pizzas, Burgers, fries, pasta, all at a more than reasonable price! It is also possible to have a good breakfast, especially with coffee, juice or tea and brioches filled with vanilla cream, pistachio,... and other pastries. It is also possible to drink a drink. For football fans, games are often broadcast on television. In the summer, people gather and the atmosphere is pretty nice. The employees are very friendly and the boss speaks pretty well French!
