A dream day and impeccable service. As I was accompanied by two people with reduced mobility, the Chef came to pick us up at the gondola. (free if card +10FS otherwise) I wasn't expecting such elaborate cuisine. I promise you that the entrecôte is worth the detour. To recommend. There were one or two groups, but despite everything, I was served very friendly. Unfortunately I won't be able to come for Sunday brunch, but I will definitely come back. So of course we are not on the Vaudoise riviera, with unlimited water, the bakery next door and all the amenities that a restaurateur can find. But we are at the Alpage. A grandiose meal. Hunting buffet, wonderful from starter to dessert. A superb atmosphere. But it was the last time. Tissiniva will open on December 1, 2023 with new managers. Second time disappointed! 45 min wait for drinks the first time and 1h30 wait for dishes. And the second time 25 minutes of waiting for the drinks while the hostel was far from full... and this caused the waitress to speak badly when we were allowed to ask if our drinks were ready after 25 minutes... It's a shame because the food is excellent we won't come back again...
