Murillos Restaurants Merchant Street

After ordering our food and received the bill, we noticed quite a few discrepancies on the bill. Side of beans and rice was $3.99. But got the bill and it was $4.99 each $9.98). Our food prices were higher too. The waitress said their prices changed and they didn?t have an updated menu and brought back the menu with this little writing on it saying ?ask cashier for current price ?! I didn?t see that on our menus! Nevertheless, they should have stated this when we ordered! Terrible customer service and I will not be eating at that location again! Very rude!!

Was not happy with the manager at Murillo off Merchant Street. Placed our order, ate then got the bill. Bill prices more than menu prices. Speak to manager and she say oh our prices changed but we haven?t chAnged them yet on menu. She showed us a sticky at the top of menu saying ask manager for prices which you can not really see. As a manager, when we ordered, she should have said our prices are different than the menu and based on what you ordered, here is the price. Then she talked about us to her staff and had them looking at us. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ?

We have been coming here as a family since I was a little girl. The current owner Stacey Murillo is amazing, friendly and loves what she does. Food and service are great. They did a great job decorating for cinco de mayo! Highly recommend bringing your family here for lunch or dinner!

Service was great, food was okay. The friendly and efficient service places the mediocre food. Would recommend this place if you are looking for a fast friendly service and not so much authentic Mexican food.

The food is delicious. Best Mexican cuisine in Vacaville. There are two sites the original downtown location is the best. Customer service is great. Family owned.
