Foster's Grille - VA

I have been to a few Fosters locations before and have always enjoyed their burgers, as well as their fries. However, my most recent visit was disappointing. The fries were subpar, almost like eating cardboard - I couldn't even finish them. The service was also lacking, as they brought out only part of our order and we had to ask for the rest. I ordered a 1/2 pound cheeseburger with fries, but they forgot the fries. Additionally, my wife ordered onion rings as an appetizer and I got 10 mild boneless wings with blue cheese. My wife's 1/4 pound cheeseburger was disappointingly small. To make matters worse, despite ordering at 6:05, another group that arrived after us received their food first. Our meal didn't come until 6:30. On a positive note, the wings were tasty once they arrived, and the staff quickly made our missing fries. The onion rings were also enjoyable. Although I may give Fosters another chance in the future, I hope they make improvements to their service and consistency.

I have visited this restaurant multiple times, and the service has always been good until today. Unfortunately, the bartender failed to communicate my order to the kitchen, resulting in a long wait of over an hour for my food. While the burger I eventually received was delicious, the delay was unacceptable. One of the bartenders compensated me with a coupon for a free meal next time, but I am unsure if I will return. Overall, this experience was very disappointing.

The char burger was absolutely done Perfectly along with the fries not being soggy or over salted. The chocolate extra thick milkshake was fantastic. Great addition to the South Riding community.

So this is a favorite spot for the locals here . There is a special way you have to order your food . You have to go up front and write in what you want to eat and give it to the ladies behind the counter . Then you can sit and wait and on your food . Overall the food was decent and fairly good priced . All the staff seemed to be very friendly and cordial .
