Lotus Garden - Utica

The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating. The food is enjoyable, but I was quite disappointed with the service. We received the wrong order, and it took a long time for them to bring us the bill. I hope to give this place another chance soon to see if it was just an off day for the staff.

Food was fresh and delish, calamari, spider sushi and bulgogi(beef).....Only two staff visible a waitress/hostess and bartender...both dining rooms packed and service was efficient and excellent, a short wait after our reservation time but worth every minute..highly recommend...great job CJ

I don't live in Utica, but I come back every summer to visit family. I've noticed a growing disappointment with how businesses, particularly restaurants, operate here and the decline in food quality in the area. However, Lotus stands out as a remarkable exception. The food is authentic and of excellent quality. The customer service is also very friendly and exceptional. You absolutely must try the zucchini flowers! This is our third visit, and we will definitely be coming back. I give it a full 5 stars!

We were uncertain whether it would be open for lunch on a Monday, but it was, and the selection of food was outstanding. The meals we had were also exceptional. It was a very quiet place on Monday, offering a beautifully presented, eclectic selection of Southeast Asian cuisine. It was a great discovery!

One of my all time favorite restaurants! Love the people, love the food, and love the setting. Ask them for vegan friendly menu options and they will walk you through the many delicious selections available!
