I loved this little place. bier, wein and spirituosenshop in the ground floor. cozy, hip restaurant bar above. nicely designed.

Love the concept of this place pick your beers out the fridge, pay for them (very good prices!! and hang out as long as you like. Or order burgers or fries and feel like you won a bingo game when your name is called over the PA system. We only had fries and they were really good and a massive portion, easily enough for the two of us. Gets great afternoon sun so a nice place to drink beer. Agree that maybe the staff could tell you how it works, but it seemed pretty obvious and the staff we engaged with were very friendly so that wasn’t an issue for us.

Cozy seating upstairs, super filling burgers and good beer, usb outlets along the walls and WiFi. Perfect for any hostel or backpacking crowds.

It’s okay experience. The beer is good, and the burger is ok. They don’t have waiters. You have to order, pay in advance, and when your food is ready, they call your name and you have to go to the kitchen balcony and get it. Every time you got empty glass you have to go to the bar and buy your beer. What bothered me is the fact they don’t explain how the bar works once you get there. So we sat and waited forever until an employee came to our table and explained that we had to do all by ourselves.

Burger was not great, over grilled meat, a very very dry experience... 3 stars for good beers with beagle on tap, nice freshly cut fries with very good bbq sauce.
