Espresso Royale Coffee - Urbana

The barista was really rude to my friend and me today, and my coffee tasted terrible. He was overly heavy-handed with both of our orders.

I really enjoy this place; it always gives me a boost when I'm feeling exhausted from studying. One thing I wish they could improve is the consistency of sweetness in their desserts. Sometimes they are overly sweet, while at other times they don't have enough sweetness at all.

The ingredients used to make the tea seem to be expired and have an unpleasant odor.

The drinks are always unconsistent and the big guy who served me was very rude and mean when I asked him to describe some of the ingredients in a drink.

I just go there because it's in the library. the taste of the hot chocolate varies alot. I usually get hot chocolate just taste like warm milk and sometimes I get one that would give me diabetes right away. quality control
