Burger King - Urbana

The staff is very friendly and the food is great! I tried the Impossible Burger for the first time and it was delicious. The food is fresh and cooked quickly to order. The prices are also very reasonable, I was able to get two full dishes for just $10. The restaurant is clean and overall, a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to others.

The food was cold, and this is not the first time my order was messed up. The service is much better at Burger King. The management here is terrible and rude on purpose.

I had a voucher for a $5 bacon cheeseburger meal and waited for 5 minutes for my order to be taken, which was fine as I don't think waiting a few minutes is a big deal. However, after another 5 minutes of waiting, I was told they were out of fries and bacon. I didn't end up ordering anything because I had a meeting to attend. The woman on the intercom was very nice, but this was the first time I had encountered any issues at the Champaign location.

I don't know why every time during lunch the doors are locked, while the staff is in the work. if they do not have in option dine, remove this from their description!

Eating was warm and good and Drive-Thru moved very well. the ground was clean and well maintained.
