Great friendly, service. Delicious vegan meal of lentil daal with vegetable bhaji, followed by an absolutely delicious peanut butter chocolate tart with ice cream. Several vegetarian options. Great value, nice traditional pub, will definitely be returning. Vegetarian options: Several tasty vegetetarian and vegan options available. Wow not been here for a long time , it has now been totally done out inside ,very nicely decorated and clean . The food was all cooked fresh and very well presented and tasty , it's a little more expensive than most , but then if you like real home cooked food and good beer it's well worth it , now the question is would I come again and the answer is definitely I will , definitely recommend stopping by eating inside or out and just chilling

Amending as recently has new management and thought I’d try as it’s been a while since I last went. This has always been a bit of an old men’s pub and the new owners have certainly made the atmosphere nicer. However the Menu was fairly limited and the prices were far too high for the quality of food you received. It was ok but in no way worth the money, they’re pricing themselves in the same league as much nicer restaurants but the food definitely does not stand up to it. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

Lovely decorated Pub, with a fantastic atmosphere and the home cooked always fresh Portuguese/Mediterranean food is fantastic.High quality coffee and superb english breakfast.
