Had a nice, authentic lunch with the family. service was very good and they host their needs. a couple of times came to italia and the food served here is made to house italian.

What a wonderful, authentic Italian restaurant to boot under a huge winery! (I'm half Italian, so it's not easy to impress me I'm very fussy with Italian restaurants! but new bettola was just fantastic. friendly and attentive service by don he was brilliant! a thorough weinlist and also Italian beer on the way. the grilled sardines were fantastic! and the pizza does not need a cake, look at the photos and all these toppings! 3 of us had 6 dishes over the menu and all were amazing, this place is a jewel!

We are not from the area, we stayed the night at the Hilton Hotel drove back to Bedfordshire the next day, it is not our first visit there, we was recommended it by someone, great food, great service atmosphere we always enjoy our visits lovely surroundings

I would definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone. The service is impeccable, the food is delicious and the price is very reasonable. The staff cannot do enough to make you feel welcome. Fantastic family or intimate restaurant. Would highly recommend it.

Absolutely Disgusted with staff! I was so excited to spend my birthday with all my girlies at this restaurant. The staff were pleasant to start with and as the Night went on you can imagine with a few of us women. After a few drinks. We were laughing and Mary but we was abruptly told by the staff to keep it quiet. We were away from the public in a conservatory. Whats the issue? Okay, maybe we was a little too loud?asking if we would like dessert the dessert was just put in front of us and rushed to make a decision even though we told her our aunt went to the toilet. But upon paying the bill the lady extremely rude. We did not ask for the bill and was bought it over rolling her eyes and huffing and puffing as we were working out the bill which was extortionate. I mean i would expect these prices in london. What a horrific experience i am never going back there again!!!!
