Union Stoplight

Mediocre pizza. Dismissive service staff. Restroom crawling with insects. Poor ambiance. My friend and I traveled to Union from La Grande to check out the local atmosphere. This place was highly rated and we were hungry for pizza. After eating the Hawaiian pizza at the stoplight I won't be able to eat pizza for a while. The pizza had almost no canadian bacon or pineapple and was drowning in low quality cheese. The crust soft and mushy. Sauce had no flavor. The waitress never brought us water and forgot my order of fries. The food took 30 minutes to come out and we were the only ones in the restaurant. If this was offered to me as my last meal, I would pass and go straight to the electric chair.

This place is an awesome little hole in the wall. We stumbled across it accidentally on a day trip. All we got were burgers and fries, but the offerings extend far beyond that. They have burgers and fries I mentioned (which were awesome), but they also offer pizza, wings, chicken strips, ice cream etc. I Gabe them 4 stars because the service was great and the food was also great. If not for the location and time it took the food, this would have easily gotten 5 stars.
