Starbucks Coffee - Union

By far the worst experience at a starbucks ive ever had. Took 20 minutes to get nitro cold brew. Almost left without my coffee.

I?ve been going to all kinds of Starbucks for years in so many places it?s hard to keep track of it all. Who would?ve thought one of the most memorable experiences would be essentially ?in my own backyard.? One of the baristas, Matt, was so helpful, so nice, thoughtful, and extremely considerate. I asked him if if he could help me with how to pour over coffee since I?ve always wanted to do it since I?ve seen one of those tools on Instagram. He took the time to expertly demonstrate how to work it and his passion and kindness was something I was definitely not expecting. Overall great Starbucks, great barista, I have to go back there again and let him know how I fared with the pour over set.

Delicious birthday drink! The staff were so sweet, and wow, I don?t think I have seen a more efficient coffee bar group. Some of the best things about the location were the order screen, which updated customers on their order status, and the small menu of creative, barista-designed drinks written out near the retail section of the location.

Great location, fast and personable staff, seating area quite large, drink was delish with some fun add ons by my barista! slay starbies rt22!!!!

You wanna come to Starbucks and relax enjoy your cup of expensive Coffee and hopefully the vibes and music is good coffee music is suppose to be relaxing). However I come here and it's blasting club music and I asked nicely to lower the music and change the genre because I'm right under the speaker it's super loud and the 2 other guest here are puzzled as well not happy with the vibes, so I went to say something. She did not like my request it was written all over her face. Said to me well I can't do anything till song is over another 2 min of frustration I had to wait) songs over another hip-hop song I LOVE hip-hop) but not at a coffee shop and especially blasting under my head while I'm trying to work and relax. I'm never coming to this Starbucks again. Customer service is always first. Some Jazz would have been perfect
