Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Food is good. Customer service is bad. Very rude csr,I mean down right terrible. I'm surprised that she didn't throw my chicken at me.

5 stars all across the board! My family and I were visiting VA from Ohio this past weekend (Jan. 27th). We decided to stop by this restaurant to grab lunch before hitting the road back home. Andrew and Mike provided excellent customer service from start to finish. Two breaded chicken sandwiches were part of our order but someone accidentally got the order incorrect from the grill. They sent up grilled chicken sandwiches instead. When my mother and I relayed this information to the guys, they immediately corrected the order with a smile. Even with it being a busy hour, they still handled the front desk and drive-thru with grace. They made my family and I feel welcomed and are the reason that wee will visit again. They deserve recognition. Thank you again!

Everything was perfect from start to finish! Fast, hot, smiling faces! Clean, clean clean!! Patricia and the rest of the staff need a raise high praises!

They have had their dining room closed since December due to being short staffed and I waited in their drive thru for about 10mins then I didn’t even get asked if I wanted boneless or traditional wings with my order and I always get wings and things with traditional wings with wimpy
