Wasabi - Umea

I came into this restaurant with low expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised! The atmosphere was cozy and beautifully decorated, and the sushi I ordered was delicious. It was a classic vegan sushi with avocado, pickled daikon radish, inari-zushi, and various vegetable rolls. The pickled ginger was pink, indicating high quality as only young ginger turns pink when pickled. The wasabi was flavorful and there was a side of seaweed salad. The staff was very attentive, perhaps even a bit overly so.

The restaurant is decent, but it is not worth the price. Limited vegan options available.

I ordered item number 24, which was a plate of ten avocado sushi pieces, and I was pleasantly surprised! The customer service was great and the location was very cozy. It was a very enjoyable experience overall. Highly recommend!

Large sushi with lots of variety (for the adventurer I recommend the Wasabi Roll or Dragon Roll). Great with supplies and communicates when they run late. We regularly order from them at work!

I ate sushi today. Taste was really nice. And Avokado was soft. If possible, I would like to eat silver fish and Chirashi Donburi. The staff were very friendly.
