Subway - Tyler

Amazing lovely staff! They had me in and out! Very friendly! However, the reason it’s not a 5 Star is because they gave me the wrong sandwich. I had order the meatball marinera and got something that looks like roasted ham. I live in Henderson. When I got home and saw the mistake there was no way I was going to drive back.

I came in and ordered a veggie delight. I believe the sandwich makers name was Leila. Young blonde. They were very busy on a Monday at lunchtime, and she had an exceptional attitude. If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would. She had excellent hospitality and customer service. The facilities were clean, ingredients were fresh, but nothing beats awesome customer service, in my opinion. Awesome experience. Thank you, Liela !

I only had a curbside order for my men lunch and they just put the sandwich in a brown paper bag. What happened? Not good, Subway could be better. And if you were made of paper packs, let the customers know.

It's a subway that people are nice, but I'm pretty devastated that they changed the sweet onion sauce on sweet onion Teriyaki, it's not so good. I'm rarely going about it. Food: 3/5

Probably the most polite, friendly and cheerful people I had the pleasure of being served by EVER! Food is great, but the service is even better. My favorite fast food place anywhere in this area. Kudos!
