Arby's - Tyler

Arby's big Brat-Rind sandwich is still a good buy. I had a combo and the curly pommes were crisp and hot. also enjoyed the French dip although forget to order it without cheese. the portion size was appropriate, but melted cheese took the taste for me. I didn't want to enjoy it. this restaurant has improved through a newer look and a better cleanliness. tables are cleaned with good regularity. service was very friendly and patient.

I was disappointed that they had no fish sandwich. but the Bratbeef gyro was great! the place was clean, the staff was attentive and friendly.

Love this arbys ! There has never been a bad experience here and I always stop at this one everytime I go to Tyler because I love the people who work there ! They are always friendly sometimes you get a funny one! Food always made fresh and I'm picky and they let me change the bun to the star bun bc I don't like the other buns always with no problem! It always seems clean when I've been inside same with restrooms which is saying alot for any fast food place ! I like lots of arbys sauce and they make sure I have enough for however many sandwiches I bought ! All around this place is the perfect arbys !!!

Well, not so good. I ordered the Turkey Ranch Bacon sandwich with no tomato. I guess one could have predicted it by the lackadaisical attitude of the staff, but my sandwich did have tomatoes, but no bacon, which is mainly why I ordered that sandwich. I guess I won't be ordering food to go here any more.

Should've been a clue when my beef and cheddar was ready and bagged in the seconds it took me to pull around to window in drive through... My sandwich was cold with very little cheese sauce or Arby's sauce. The meat was tough and has some sort of spots of red dye on it. Didn't have time to return as I was on my way to work. I had to stop even trying with most of my sandwich uneaten and I hope I don't end up with food poisoning from it. This Arby's is definitely not the Arby's I remember and used to love
