Moe's Southwest Grill - Tuscaloosa

You walk in and there's two ways it goes. The line is to the door and the staff is overwhelmed with mobile orders or the place is empty and looks like it would move quickly, but the staff isn't moving quick enough. I put a mobile order in for this restaurant that said it would be finished in 15 minutes. I even got to the restaurant early and told the staff about my order. The place had three customers ordering so I expected the food to come out a minute late, but it took 20 minutes for the order to be served. The last 5 minutes of that wait was me looking for an employee to give me my order off the serve line. Wrapped up in tinfoil ready to go, but without anyone to serve. This place sucks

Super friendly staff and eating was prepared for standard. it was a past since I had so enthusiastic about moe 's! I even have a happy birthday to redeem my birthday burrito. they are small things, but I felt like a customer and a person appreciated.

This place sucks consistently. I love moes, but the workers seem so aggregated over the simplest accusations. I'll never come back here. perhaps the worst service I have ever experienced.

I go to get a command from the restaurant and they were closed, the workers saw me at the door and did not disturb the communication with me that they open the load. had to cancel a really good job because of the fact that they were closed and they should be open at 10:30.

I consume moos 3 times a week. I hate it now because of this situation. it's the most fucking moss I've ever had. eating doesn't even taste like mosquitoes. the people needed a change!
