Jimmy John's - Tuscaloosa

This restaurant was probably the cleanest I have ever visited.

I placed an online order for myself and several colleagues at this restaurant. When I went to pick up the order, it was incorrect and missing items. I informed the staff and they made the necessary adjustments. Unfortunately, all sandwiches had jalapeños on them, which was not requested. I called and spoke to a manager, who was dismissive and stated that they couldn't do anything about it. As a manager myself, my priority is ensuring that my guests are satisfied. We were left disappointed with the food, service, and management and will not be returning to this establishment. I will also be sharing my negative experience with others who may consider dining here.

The food was fantastic and the staff was friendly, providing excellent service. The restaurant was clean and conveniently located.

Everyone makes mistakes. It's only 75cent for the cheese but boy was I looking forward towards it. I called and got a apology. A free cookie sure have been nice. I'll stick to my 69S crew.

I think the prices are a little too high, but the sandwiches and chips are delicious.
