Checkers - Tupelo

I got the chicken bites/fries box. This is my go-to order at Checkers. This location served up a box of mostly grease. I was very disappointed. Hopefully, it was just a one time thing but I won't stop at this location again.

My first time here and I drove all the way from Fulton to try it. Spent $22 And I haven’t even tried the food yet. But had a panic attack because of the girl in the drive thru. Rudest person I’ve ever met. I tried asking to add something else and before I could finish my sentence, she cut me off telling me “no, not at the window” very nastily. Then she added “your food’s already ready.” But I sat there 5 more minutes waiting on my food. Enough time for them to make it. It was just loaded fries. I don’t care if the food is good. I won’t be back.Note for the owner: she’s a young black lady that was working on 2/24/22 at 4:45. Something needs to be done with her. Never left a drivethru with a panic attack.

It was raining, and since I went to foot, the manager took care of doing my food and quickly and with great customer service

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and the chicken patty was very thin and hard. it was under a heat lamp for hours. it does not compare definitiw with other chicken sandwiches that they can get in an almost food restaurant.

We visited this place late afternoon on a Sunday and hesitated to pull in because we weren't sure if it was open. There were two vehicles in the parking lot so we assumed they were employee's vehicles and proceeded to the order box as you can only order food in their drive-thru here. The lady voice that came through the speaker box wasn't too enthused about our arrival but nevertheless sufficed in meeting her job requirements. We ordered a bacon cheeseburger combo that promised bacon in every bite...they lied lol. While trying to order our food they were out of the majority of their soft drinks as well as their milkshakes. We had to pull up to the front of the store to finish waiting for our food. The lady over the speaker box was just as uninterested as she sounded. She did ask if we wanted ketchup which we did, but we didn't get any. The fries were near soggy and the hamburger was way over dressed with ketchup, mayo, and mustard making it very difficult to eat. Worse was the soggy buns which I loathe!! I didn't even eat half of my food before my mind and stomach both agreed it would be in our best interest to stop putting this very messy and bland tasting food!! Poor customer service, even poorer quality of food, and inability to provide products on the menu is why I gave one star.
