Great place for beer, wings and sport. Customer service was excellent.

My waitress today was incredibly friendly and checked on me frequently. She did her job with a smile, but I did get food that was not what I ordered because it was plated and trayed by someone else. She was busy, so the food came out pretty cold, too. I had a grilled chicken wrap with spicy garlic flavoring and it wasn't half bad for a lower calorie alternative, and one of the least expensive things on the menu at $9 *including fries. My nice waitress and the clean dining room bathroom (w/ plenty of soap and paper towels) earned them 4 stars.

I came with a group of 3 for lunch. We got to B WW before 12. There was some kind of miscommunication between who was suppose to be our server so our order wasn’t taken until 20 minutes after being seated. Took another 20 to get our food. When Morgan sat our food down we asked for to go boxes because we needed to get back to work. A table that sat down beside us after we ordered our food had also just gotten theirs and were boxing their food. We tried to ask Morgan about the 15 minute lunch guarantee but she didn’t comprehend what we were asking so we asked for the manager, Carrie. Carrie came to our table with an attitude and stank face before we had even spoken with her. She was very rude and told us that BWW was corporate now and policies had changed and she couldn’t honor any type of discount. She then held out her hand for my card for payment like the conversation was over. I’ve worked in the food industry and there are a lot of improvements that can be made starting with your server not talking people out of ordering food they want to try by calling it “horrible” and by improving the way your “manager” handles questions from customers. A smile and polite answer would have gotten a lot further than a smirk and eye roll. Not interested in returning.

Past two times of coming to this location service has gotten worse. Waited a hour to be seated even though there was several tables open (guessing staffing shortages) then another 50 mins before our order came. This was a Sunday night with no major games playing

Eat there once a week for several years. No more deals. Food was pretty good. They charge 1.50 to cook the chicken extra crispy. Servers used to be helpful on substitution. Won’t be back Too expensive for lunch
