Ramirez Mexican Store - Tumwater

I called in an order for pickup chicken burrito and pork tacos 15mins perfectly reasonable no problem. When I walked up to the register to pay the lady behind the counter asked how can I help you I said my name for the order and she immediately started yelling over me going WHAT WAS IN THE ORDER!!! I repeated the order. Lady was rude I handed her my card and she yelled THANK YOU and slammed the receipt down with the food. When I got home I received the wrong order. Sad because this place used to very good we would go almost once a week but last few times has gone downhill.

We have been here several times. On this last trip we were really disappointed. Our waitress got our drinks to us right away but the wait time for our food was way too long, and the restaurant was not that busy. I ordered the veggie burrito and my husband ordered the Carne Asada. When we received our food my veggie burrito was lukewarm, and my husband said his food was also not warm at all. I sent my burrito back and the second burrito I received was actually colder than the first one. Then the waiter wanted to argue with me that first it was a veggie burrito so should be cold....? What? Its rice and beans which should be hot and then that he was in the kitchen when they remade it and it was hot when they gave it to him ...but it was completely cold when I received it....I 'm vegetarian so they only have two dishes I can eat so I know I have ordered this before (we have been here several times) and its never been ice cold like out of the refrigerator cold...I will not go back again, whatever has changed since the last time we went, its not for the better.

My Favorite Mexican restaurant in the area. The carnitas chimichanga is the best I’ve ever had. I’ve never ordered something I didn’t like.I also love to shop at there store for anything I need to make Mexican food at home and everything is reasonably priced and great.

The restaurant is dated but the food and service were excellent.

I've always enjoyed this restaurant for its large menu, authentic food, and quaint atmosphere. Last night, I had a wonderful margarita in THE coolest glass. However, they were understaffed. They have improved the interior. Check it out! It's worth seeing what you think of it.
