Pho And Rice Plate - Tulare

Pho broth was a little darker than normal but overall food was good. Service can be improve but the owners are very nice. Glad to have a local spot that offers great SE Asian food. Keep up the good work!

You can't beat this place. Best Pho I have ever had! They are going to have a breakthrough one of these days and supersede their small area. I can't say enough good things about this place. Best Pho, best Thai Tea, best Egg rolls--it is super clean and broth is fantastic. You are missing out if you do not go here!

The first and last time here. Huge portions for the price, broth taste like fish and meatballs do not taste properly.

My family and I went to this place for a quick meal after a long trip to stay on a nearby farm. Everything was so bad that this place deserves the title of the worst restaurant that has ever visited my whole life. This is a merit in itself, and I was in a good humor all the time as it will be quite unforgettable in the long term. This place belongs in Kitchen Nightmares in urgent need of Gordon Ramsay?s advice about quite everything. The place was dirty, food was unbearable, I mean, everything was so wrong. The Phosuppe tasted like the old fish sauce, (there is no concept of broth here) and the rice noodle tasted old and the texture was gone. I thought I'd get sick if I ate more after I gave him two bites. I tried a second time just to make sure I didn't think. It would be better to sell noodles right here. The frits were edible, but it looked like something you buy frozen, and the mini-size ketchup was old and brown. Eatable! Spring rolls were the best of everything we ordered, but not something I would go back. After them we just ate from franchise restaurants like Burger King and Taco Bell until we came home. We could not have any chances in this city. What an experience of a life I don't like to meet again. Many lessons have been learned through this experience. One is that the assessment volume is much more than the average assessment result.

By far the worst pho, jump and egg rolls I've ever had. The photaste as if he came out of a box and the soup was very salty. The spring roll and the egg roll were not fresh. More important is to check the price, we checked, and the price on the menu was diffrent than what it was on the menu and of much.. I'll never eat there again.
