Ordered sandwich combo and came 30 minutes as the email indicated. waited 50 minutes to actually get the order in the load eating was cold because it was done 30 minutes ago, but no one noticed that the bag existed. TL;DR they can probably prepare four chicken sandwiches in the time it takes to get one here.

Always the freshest chicken with the boldest taste, and the best ranch dressing ever. the new chicken sandwiches are where it is, but, garlic parmesan. they also have the freestyle machine so strawberry dr. pepper is on hahn. food: 5/5

Easy experience at this location. we have the wrong order by Epp-Essen. I worked in food service, I understand that things happen, it's just a mistake. So I'll call the place and ask you to pick up my order. I then said that they are not in a position to give me the right order due to food costs, and my only possibility is to go back through eating. uber isst 't redeliver the order my only option by uber isst is a refund. I tried to explain that I didn't refund the order I just wanted the right order and can put it in the wrong order, but it was said again that this was impossible because of food costs. Imagine eating in person and getting the wrong order and then getting back on the theke because it is wrong and said their only options are refund and they can not return their order due to food costs. absolutely ridiculous and I have a hard time to believe that wing stops official corporate policy.

Terrible time. I ordered wings at 4 and were not done until 4:53. I couldn't be laid faster. the service was terrible on a Monday night. they all laughed hysterically and did not make any effort to cook. very rude.

I used to love this location but lately the last few times I ordered I’ve waited over an hour for the order I placed online and this past weekend the chicken I got wasn’t fully cooked.
