Fresh Sushi Pho - Tucson

Update The manager did offer to remake or refund a portion of my order which I was fine with since it was only one item I had a problem with. He apologized for the inconvenience and made compensated me. It wouldn’t hurt to give them another shot in the future.My stir fry was fry enough to choke on. There wasn’t any sauce. Called to let the restaurant know to possibly refund or remake and they told me it was yellow so there is sauce. Tried to explain that it was extremely dry and hard to the stuck together noodles. Then I tried to add liquid from they pho to give it moisture just to find out the chicken is raw! They totally disregarded me and never made it right. Didn’t follow up with me. $40 dollar meal down the drain.

I try to be understanding but I was shocked by this place noting this was my first time ordering from here. I placed an order for pick up at 6pm. I arrive about fifteen minutes early to pay for them to have my food sitting there already. I proceed to ask after I had paid how long it has been sitting on the counter and I’m glad I asked. The cashier stated over an hour. After reiterating I had placed it to be freshly made for 6pm he tells me that they didn’t realize it until later and I can just microwave the food. I told him to just give me a refund.

After a few visits, both my wife and I are impressed with this restaurant. We've ordered sushi, rolls, pho, and noodle dishes. All were very good. Fresh ingredients, terrific flavors. Decent service. Good value overall.Parking: Large parking area in front. No charge.Wheelchair accessibility: Appears to be very WC accessible.

Doordash delivery: if you ever get Luz as your dasher, they will steal your food. Restaurant called me back after I did not receive HALF of my delivery order.Food is tasty, fairly priced for the portion, and they include soy sauce, ginger and wasabi. Issue is not with the restaurant, but with dashers if you don 't receive your whole order.

The quality of the tuna and salmon sashimi was top notch. The squid salad was one of the best ones I've ever tasted. It had a slight sweetness to it that was pleasantly surprising. The Volcano and the Arizona rolls were pretty tasty too. If you're looking for some great food and would rather support a small business, this place is a gem.
