Manager was yelling at the worker in the drive thru while we were ordering. the food was not good nothing like in cali! got sick violently ill for 2 days after eating it! will NEVER be back again.

Every single thing I ordered was incorrect, From the food all the way to the drink. Cold and wrong. Will never order from here again and I don't suggest anyone else does either.

Someone broke into my app and ordered $62 in food. I went to the store, the manager watched what looked like a teenager pick up the order on the security camera and DID NOT refund my money. They didn’t even offer so much as a gift certificate for what was stolen. Called corporate and they did nothing but apologize that it happened.

Maybe it was a bad night but this might have been the worst drive thru experience ever. On July 16th, I ordered a few items for pickup in the drive thru including the free shake they give for your birthday. There were about 5 cars in front of me, so I expected to wait a few minutes.But exactly 20 minutes later and not a single car in the line had moved an inch and nobody came out and said anything. I never even got to the drive thru speaker so I cancelled the order on my phone and left and went to a different restaurant that doesn't make people wait 30 minutes to get to the drive thru speaker for a freaking taco. I mean Taco Bell service suckssss and they are slow but Del taco makes taco bell look like Chick-fil-A's service.I was the last person in line and when I left, 2 other cars left the drive thru lane as well because they were blocked in until I left.I would be hard pressed to return here without a very good coupon, they do not care about the customers or their time. I have no idea about their food because their wait times are so long that I could go to the grocery store, buy the ingredients and make it at home before I would even make it to the Del Taco drive thru window.
