Krispy Kreme - Troy

Not what I am used to when it comes to KK. Donuts were old, stale and selection was poor. Service was so-so.

Donuts never fail to disappoint! Assorted variety is very unique. Recommend this place over many others

Loved getting a hot donut when walking in. We've missed that since the one by us closed several years ago. The only downside to our experience was the lady training the nice woman helping us. She was rude to the worker she was training. I'm sure she was frustrated because she knows how to do this job and it seems simple to her, but others may take a bit longer to learn things. Her bad attitude was clearly making the employee helping us feel bad.

My daughter in law, who is expecting, just had to have some Krispy Kreme donuts. She was in heaven!!

I love Krispy Kreme! They are really one of the kind. But… the customer service is bit questionable. When I pay for my order with their app this morning, the scanner did not work. Tried several times, scanner read barcode and made some sounds, but payment did not go through. Erica, person at register start to giving me attitude. Ask me to read the barcode numbers, did not work. She typed in the number did not work… start to give me a look that it is my fault and showing frustration to me…. The manager or higher position person than her came and touched the register about 2 seconds or so, payment went through without the issue. After all, it was user, Erica’s error. I thank the manager and left the store. Good store and doughnuts are awesome! , but watch out some attitudes from less knowledgeable person. Don’t let these people ruin your day. Enjoy awesome doughnuts!
