Even after the 3 hours passed, the app showed that it had been delivered, but I still didn't receive it. To make matters worse, they wouldn't answer the phone when I tried to contact them.
This restaurant experience was absolutely terrible. My order took 3 hours to arrive, despite my numerous attempts to call the store during that time with no answer. This is not the first time I have experienced this issue, and as a result, I have decided to take my business elsewhere permanently.
