We went to Chez Alain as it was the busiest and it didn’t disappoint! Very friendly true “french” staff that was happy to help us in our choices. Everything was fresh, loved the oysters of course and the big shrimps were incredible. The amandes and palourdes were nice but not so much worth it. What was different Chez Alain was also their mayonnaise which had a traditional taste to it.
Great experience! You pick your seafood from the market desk and they serve it on ice for you. Bring your own baguette from the bakery next door!
If you are in Trouville make sure to go there at 12 sharp and get the most delicious seafood platter!
What a place! Exceptional is the word! The team is at the top! The quality of the products! The kindness of the staff! Nothing to say about this place that remains our GQ when we come to Trouville! Go!

The boss speaks in....He speaks an English (appeared in Pakistan) almost impeccable. This character from Trouville can juggle with 6 Langoustines while opening a dozen oysters, arms in the back, a handful of ice piled in the slibard. The sun circus artists want this uncontested talent former Pinder circus boarder. It's impossible to come to Trouville on the sea without going to Olivier's beautiful...... what do I say?
