Aunt B's Cafe - Trinity

Pre COVID we have eat here many times. Great food and service! Now with new owners it seems they are cutting corners. Was there on 7-30 to try out catfish. We wanted a catfish plate but only filet that were over cooked, cold and had to cut with knife. collard greens could not find any bacon bits, I asked why and was told we do use bacon and I said I do not see any (previous owners did use bacon) was told finally we use bacon grease.Unless change is made will never go back !!!!

Trinity cafe now has new owners their food is good new cooks they're not doing the best they should be doing more people should be going there to check them out it is a good restaurant it's claim and the people are doing an excellent job of waiting on tables serving you and keeping the place really Clean The cooks Do a excellent job and the food is some of the best you will find in Texas in my operiod
