Novecento Trieste

Hilton Hotels normally guarantee you a good standard, and indeed the location is excellent: a wonderful palace in the heart of the historical centre of Trieste. The entrance is very elegant, and the flight of steps leading to the upper floor, where the Novecento restaurant is located, is worth of a royal palace. BUT, it is probably the only item worth of a visit there ... The actual room of the restaurant is a kind of long corridor with modest modern geometrical decorations. The menu ' is limited, and absolutely OVER PRICED! For example, for a tiny appetizer, plus 7 8 pieces of pasta (yes, pieces), a small slice of strudel, plus 2 cm of wine in a glass, we paid 45 Euro. If we asked 2 cm of more wine, we had to pay 5 Euros more. When we left, we were still hungry, but our wallet was lighter ... Fortunately, there are far better restaurants in the area, with better food and cheaper. If you want to enjoy a visit of the flight of stairs, I recommend it at all: but just going upstairs and downstairs, which is for free.

Tutto è perfetto. piatti molto ben curati con ingredienti di ottima qualità. il sublime maiale eccellente valore per il denaro. più che corretto servizio. Voglio dire, se sei a Trieste, provalo!

Menù di qualità con il plus degli ingredienti locali (eccezionale il maiale carnalina). personale impeccabile in un ambiente raffinato. raccomandato.

Ci sono stato a cena con la mia fidanzata. bel locale molto ampio interno all'hotel Hilton. accoglienza cortese, menu' abbastanza ristretto piu' adatto ad un pasto per i clienti dell'hotel. piatti ben presentati e buoni buoni. ho scelto rigatoni alla carbonara e una torta sacher mentre per lei gnocco fritto e san daniele con a seguire l'orzotto. conto alto

Il ristorante si trova all’interno dell’hotel Hilton, ma è aperto al pubblico. Situato in una elegante sala al primo piano, molto tranquillo e silenzioso, servizio impeccabile. La qualità del menù è buona, ma l’offerta non è molto ampia. Difficile comunque rimanere delusi. Consigliato per chi è già ospite dell’hotel e per chi trovandosi in centro non ha voglia di avventurarsi in altri locali.
