Hungry Jack's Burgers Townsville

I had an issue with my order, as all the burgers were incorrect. I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager, who informed me that the only solution was to reach out to Menulog. However, I didn’t feel that it was Menulog’s responsibility regarding the burgers. Instead, I took the burgers back to the restaurant, where I had a pleasant conversation with the manager. He kindly made fresh burgers for me. Thank you again for resolving the situation. I understand that mistakes happen, and I'm happy with the outcome.

The service was quick and pleasant, and the food was excellent. However, there was a mix-up with the store's hours; it felt like it was open, but it actually wasn't. Quite odd!

I absolutely love the caramel milkshakes at Hungry Jack's. However, there are times when the shaker and ice machine are out of order, even at 3 PM, which is quite frustrating. I would definitely give this place 5 stars if they can resolve that issue. I was offered a free shake during my next visit after providing feedback on their website, but when we went to redeem it, they couldn’t produce the shake. Classic!

Coke without ice. I have ice cream. No sauce with the nuggets. Double Cheeseburger was fine, but the bbq Cheeae Burger who came with the famines was better than the main.

Ok so I occasionally go in here due to vouchers on the app, however if I am waiting for my meal I don’t want to see 3-5 employees standing around chatting and doing nothing. I’ve seen this happen 2 times in the last month.
