The food was great, and service was exceptional. The young woman who attended us today was very nice and always made sure we were good. Hands down best Waffle House in Richmond.
Waffle house is one of the places that depending what part of town you visit will yeild a different experience. The food was great especially the value. I always go with the all star. Basically you get a little of everything 2 eggs toast hashbrowns or grits meat choice and a waffle. For the low price of like 15 buck's. Don't expect a warm welcome it's usually someone who hates there job and is always complaining. But besides that cleanliness is always a challenge. You just have to take the good with the bad and compromise in others.Enjoy your food and hold on to your hat for the ride called waffle house.
Service was horrible cook spoke very disrespectfully to me. Told me what they eat don’t do, when I have gotten the same type of service from other Waffle House franchises. A definite BLACK EYE to the franchise and brand!
Louis was very sweet and attentive. If I’m ever in the area again I’ll be sure to stop in when it’s slower to get great service
