What a great little place a little off the beaten path. Food was excellent, flavorful and quality. We we are very pleased. I ordered the black and blue burger, bun came buttered and toasted (which is my favorite), burger perfectly cooked. Wife ordered cordon blue sandwich and loved it as well. Corn fritters were AMAZING. We will definitely be back when in the area again.

Only thing better than the food is the staff. Great little out of the way place. We had the excellent Friday haddock fish special. We all had fried, but they also offered grilled, blackened, and battered. The clam chowder and Mac n cheese were unique and delicious. We will be making reservations (strongly suggest) and going back!

My husband and I stayed at JKs Roadhouse motel for the week we were up on vacation. The price was amazingly affordable! It was quiet and relaxing. The bar and restaurant were great. The food was great! Staff was friendly. If you are looking for fancy this isn't , but it is comfortable, clean,well taken care of, and quiet. The beds are comfortable. There is a microwave, refrigerator, table and chairs, and large TV in the rooms.

First time going, it was clean staff were friendly. They have a small covered patio for seating when weather permits. Not a large place but was busy when I was there everyone seemed in good spirits. Food was American. Best breaded mushrooms have had this far in the area. Ruben sandwich with fries was good too. Service was quick. Went with 2 others: 3 mid-priced meals, 3 non-alcoholic drinks 1 appetizer came to $58 (with tax) before tip. Would recommend for a quiet evening out but very casual place too. They also offer take out.
