Passing to Toulouse and despite the 38deg, we couldn't leave without having tasted the famous Toulouse cassoulet. A real pleasure. Other dishes are neat and delicious. A very good address for me. Thanks for the wine advice.

The restaurant Émile and for my by the most beautiful pepit I met in my many restaurants met its last 30 years. The chef sends exceptionals in all dishes and no place to the mediocre. The service and as exceptional and professional as the kitchen. Emile to a sacred team that values the good products of the Toulousain terroir in all this splendour. You have understood it, booked quickly and taste without reservation the quality of a large house that is almost no longer found.
