Today the chicken was very tough not good at allThe mashed potatoes and gravy were good

Today I ordered two chicken sandwiches and one order of fries. They called my number and I picked up the food at the counter. I verified order to the clerk. Two chicken sandwiches and one order of fries? She confirmed: Yes. Got home and found she had packed only ONE sandwich. I won't be going back to this location. The staff can't be bothered to accurately fill orders.

I had a disappointing experience at Popeyes Chicken recently, and I must give them a two-star rating. I placed an order and immediately requested the manager if they could replace the Crispy Sandwich with the Blackened one. Unfortunately, my request was ignored, and they served me the Crispy Sandwich as ordered. It was frustrating to not have my simple request accommodated, which left me with a less than satisfactory dining experience.

The chicken was dry, not salted well and missing flavor. We’ve always had Popeyes and it was good. We don’t understand why it is not so good

Close to my job so I come here often. Service is great. Usually, if I order thru app 10 minutes before coming in, the food would be ready. Never had an issue here, and food always tastes hot, fresh, and amazing.
