I ask for policy, I explained that my bag can be placed on the counter, and customers do it all the time. He told me only customers can place bags on counter and touch my property. He called Doordash and canceled my order. I will be suing if he still works there. He violated California law, he can not touch me or my belongings. Juan also touch raw meat and everything in the store, while drinking water after his assault, he never not once wash his hands in between task and handed an order to another guest containing salmonella! Below is the store location, I also have everything on camera! And made two reports. I will also make a police report as well!
This review is about a month or so overdue. I've overlooked this place many times. It is in a busy shopping center where there is a Rite Aid, Starbucks, Carl's Jr. and more. Since I had a promotional offer from the delivery service app (wasn't physically able to drive due to injury so needed delivery) I decided to give these folks a shot.Hubby and I got chicken and cheese quesadillas, loaded nachos, and a side of fries. The nachos were nice and cheesy, with lots of beans, sour cream and guac. Tasty! So tasty that on the first round, I probably had more than I should and the rest for later. Shared the fries and had a little quesadilla. Both A-OK!Would likely get the nachos again and pick up in person and perhaps try something we haven't tried before!
I went there this morning. I was served raw chicken with spices sprinkled all over it. I told the lady at the register that I could not eat that, she looked at me and said that's how they prepare it then went to the back. Didn't offer to replace or anything. Nastiest food I have eve been served. I wish i had taken a picture before I threw it away...
Okay I went last week and ordered 2 Lemon/garlic butter combo 's and I 'm going to assume the lady was in training,because she couldn 't figure out how to ring the orders up correctly. The other lady came to help out and of course they started speaking in Spanish assuming that I didn 't understand what they were saying, but I understood every word they said. The lady in training said to the other one I think I over charged her and her response was so what just let me do it she won 't know . I waited for them to fix their error, but that was not a good idea on my behalf, because the guy in the kitchen did not follow instructions either. He just sprinkled all of this paprika on the chicken and didn 't add the lemon/garlic butter. Once I got home and realized this mess they sold me I was furious, because I 'm currently on crutches right now and had to pay someone to take me to get the food! It gets worse! I called 3 times that day which was Saturday to speak to the manager, but was told he won 't be back until Sunday, called on Sunday he wasn 't there so I gave it some time, and finally I called back on Tuesday and spoke with the manager which was a waste of time. He was very unprofessional and rude. I told him I still had the meal just to prove to him the mistakes that were made for both meals, but I only wanted a refund for the one meal. This crook said he can just give me 2 pc of chicken! Mind you I paid $29. And left a $10. tip.They must be under New Poor Management because this is the 4th time I 've gone here since the Plannedemic, and it haven 't gotten the orders right yet! Well, Juan you can keep those peanuts since you and your staff are unprofessional!!!!!!! Horrible customer service all around!
I ordered 8 pieces of a whole chicken and ended up with 4 drumsticks, 2 thighs, 2 wings. Where is the breast? The taste is bland. The chicken meat is dry. Everything is burnt. This is why I do not tip before I get my food. The worst 20 dollars O have ever spent.
