Buffalo Wild Wings - Torrance

This is a charming little sports bar and restaurant. As someone who enjoys spicy food, I found the cauliflower dish to be outstanding. I did expect a wider selection of beers, though. However, what truly made our evening enjoyable was our waitress, Alex. She was patient and attentive, with a cheerful attitude, ensuring that all our needs were met and our drinks were always full! Despite being quite busy, the staff made the night feel special. Thank you so much! To Alex, I hope you always keep your positive spirit even when dealing with difficult customers! We absolutely loved this place and I can guarantee that we'll be returning!

On top of that, there’s a $10 entry fee per person to watch the fight. It feels like they’re already profiting from the content. It seems that both Pay-Per-View and UFC should be made aware of this—people who are just there for dinner end up being forced to pay for something they didn’t come for. I absolutely do not recommend this place! I wouldn’t trust myself to return, nor would I advise others to go there! I wanted to update this review; even after all the bad service and complaining to management, they still tried to deliver the incorrect order. I have pictures to prove it. Their idea of 50 out of 10 for the service was laughable given their poor performance. They blamed their shortcomings on being understaffed, but the tables certainly still managed to stay full.

I loved the service, and the food was outstanding. We only waited about 10 minutes to be seated, but it felt even shorter since we were caught up in the 49ers vs. Cowboys game. Our server informed us that she had seen us waiting, but she and her colleagues were busy cleaning all the tables left by the previous customers after the game. We assured her to take her time; we completely understood the staffing challenges that restaurants are facing. Once she took our order, our food arrived in under 15 minutes. It was served at a perfect temperature and was absolutely delicious.

My dining experience was disappointing. Inside, there was a terrible bathroom odor. I decided to eat outdoors, but 50 tables were left with the trash from previous patrons. During the entire 45 minutes I was there, not a single table was cleaned.

I had a terrible experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings. The staff was incredibly rude, and they wouldn’t honor my birthday rewards. I definitely won’t be coming back.
