Relish Bar & Grill - Toronto

My man and I enjoyed a delicious dinner with good service and great music tonight. I am so glad that relish has been moved to our neighbour. we're coming back!

I made a friend here for birthday. we had kept up, but they couldn't find them. fortunate they had made a table for us, or the dinges would not have been too pleasant. eating was excellent and they had a good choice of gluten-free and...veggie options. they had guinness on hahn, but not pouring a real one that is always a wonderful point of me. they did not use the right glasses and pour it like a normal beer. the service was met and measured. there were several locations when we waited a long time to get a drink order. we ordered cappuccinos they took a long time, came one to a time and were tepid. no good experience. the service by the way, our biggest output was the volume of the band. it was time to dinner and this should be a more beautiful restaurant, but it was impossible to talk any kind of talk to our friends. the music seemed to be inappropriate for the art of the place that it tried. all in all, we had a so/so experience here. to the happiness was eating well enough to give the whole experience a 4 review.

Live music, with live atmosphere and vibe. well run, well occupied and very pleasant to the eyes and ears, as well as the culinary senses. basically great music and great eating, for great times with great people. enjoy!

That is an east toronto gemstone. we came for live music, then eat it and all excelled. the restaurant that I would give to a michelin star that I could. bravo! bravo!

Went to Relish for jazz brunch on a Sunday. We made reservations but it turned out to be sparsely attended. But we did get a fine seat right near the band, and out of view of the many televisions over the bar. I had the...pancakes and bacon three very dense cakes with bacon done nice and crispy as requested, and berries and bananas and syrup. My friend had the poached eggs on muffin with zucchini and tomato which was essentially an eggs bennedict although they didn't call it that. It came with potatoes. Coffee was expensive but refills were free. Water was refilled often. We stayed for a while past our brunch to hear all of the music and we were not bothered. My friend was stuffed, I was happy. A little on the pricey side but this is the Danforth. No complaints. Worth a second visit.
