A 4 out of 5 rating? Are you kidding me? The grilled Caesar salad alone elevates this restaurant above that! The servers are great, the decor and soundtrack are very nice, and the food is fantastic. Overall, a warm and enjoyable dining experience.

I picture professionals in their suits gathering here after work to enjoy wine and food together.

I recently relocated to East York and have already visited Local 1794 twice in just 4 days! I made reservations ahead of time after reading good online reviews.

It is one of the restaurants and bars that opened a couple of years ago to change the bar scene of The Danforth. Beautiful decoration, many kind of beers on Tap and good for dinner too.

Good beer selection and burgers. Always busy so best to book ahead. Little noisy as small but great atmosphere...most tables for 2-4 so not as,good for larger groups.
