By Far my worst experience yet, not so much the situation but the way it was handled. I was given 2 graveys and a half a popcorn. I went to the door, nobody helpEd they told me to use drive thru waited 15 minutes in drive the attendant was rude and said she packed the fries herself, I showed them everything they Said it was an accident and just gave me a sm fries. They then got further upset when I asked for extra small fries. I'm not waiting 20minutes extra on time and gas. Not impressed won't do this again just based on experience. Took a pic, wish a Manger was there.
No gloves, cashier is using her phone infront of the food area. Too upset because she rolled her eyes after she gave me the order.
My regular go to for KFC WAS 2032 Kipling Ave. It is close to my home. Customer Service quality of food have decreased significantly in the past few years. Either the chicken is overly greasy, extra small and/or they are giving you 90% wings when you buy a bucket with extra small pieces of chicken (my last complaint). I have complained before via survey. The Manager called about my complaint, said he doubted what I said and that he would ask his staff get back to me. That was 1 month ago. Still waiting on his call. If the Manager has this type of behaviour then imagine the rest of the staff! I will NEVER order from this location again
Staff were friendly. We asked for the chicken strips to be cooked a little longer and they did it for us which was amazing. Fries were hot and fresh!!
