Eastside Social - Toronto

Food and service were exceptional. One of my favourite places to eat in Leslieville. Try the eggplant crisps, the kungpoa broccolli. The steak, the tacos, the calamari. Their brunch is also amazing.. Service is friendly, fun and informed.

Ate here on a cold February night with a group of 8 friends. From the minute we sat down, it was a wonderful evening. The food is high-quality, super fresh and incredibly delicious. I ordered the roasted beet salad, seared scallops and we shared the “Eastside Mess” for dessert. Quite literally the best meal I’ve had in a long time. Everyone raved about their dishes too (oysters, duck confit, steak frites, fish tacos). The cocktails, wines and beer were exception as well! The staff and owner, Joey, were welcoming, warm and took great care of us. Do yourself a favour and treat yourself to a meal at this gem of a restaurant!

I always enjoy eating here. The service is terrific...one very funny waiter who puts on a bit of a show. Excellent food. Great eggs benny brunch and outdoor patio but make a rez. Indoors can be noisy when full (and it generally is) but still a great vibe.

It's been a while but so happy to have dinner at one of my favorite spots. East Side Social is still fabulous and my night is made everytime Marty is there. Fabulous service from this stellar man! Thank you! You and the food make this place so fantastic! Marty you look amazing and you are amazing

Neighbours of mine have raved about Eastside Social for years. My favourite waitress from my Danforth years works there. I thought it was strictly seafood spot and I was wrong. The fish taco's are great but there is a huge choice. I was so surprised by the patio. One of the best backyard patios on Queen East. Don't miss this one!
