Boland's Open Kitchen - Toronto

The service could have been better considering we were the only customers for most of the evening. However, the food was fantastic and it's a perfect spot for a peaceful dinner conversation. The downside was the somewhat dull atmosphere. Additionally, it was disappointing to see Norman Hardie's wines on the menu, considering the negative behavior he has exhibited towards women. This does not bode well for the restaurant's reputation.

One of the dishes we ordered was the special pork chop, which, unfortunately, was tough and difficult to cut with a knife.

This was one of my favourite dining experiences I've ever had. My partner and I will be returning many times.

The food is always superb. Detail and flavors are the best. Service is friendly and attentive.

So glad I found this restaurant. Great atmosphere and food was delicious.
