Bar Burrito - Toronto

We visited this restaurant for the first time and were impressed with the quick preparation of the food and generous portions, especially compared to Taco Bell. We opted for the meal combo, which allowed us to choose any 2 of the 6 choices for only $2.00. The service was exceptional, with the waitress providing us with plenty of utensils and checking in to make sure everything was okay. The restaurant was clean and we enjoyed eating inside. We look forward to visiting again in the future. Thank you to the owner for a great experience and we promised to write a review.

The burrito was fantastic! It was a good size and the price was reasonable, definitely worth it.

It's not terrible ... It's supposed to be a quick-service burrito spot (I think). However, it has become pricier over time. I prefer my burritos with fresh vegetables, but they tend to be a bit greasier and more cooked here. On a positive note, there are not many other options for Mexican food in North York.

I go to this place sometimes when I 'm craving a good burrito for lunch in North York. First impression was the size. When I ordered the daily special for $5 tax for burrito one free drink (it 's not on the menu, but don 't forget to ask for it! , I expected to get some mini sized burrito considering the incredible price. But what came out instead was a HUGE full fledged burrito, the sort that puts a smile on your face with its sheer size. It tasted pretty good too! Only drawback was that there was cover over the ingredients so I couldn 't see the workstation as they were making my burrito right in front of me. That left me feeling a little weird because I couldn 't see what exactly was going in my burrito, how fresh the ingredients are, etc. But maybe I 'm just spoiled by Chipotle. All in all, $5 Today Special is a deal not to be missed. Chicken is a classic, pork was too salty when I got it, steak cheese is great, and lastly 'fish burrito ' is pretty unique and really good too.

Fresh amazing toppings artfully presented and cooked to perfection. They toasted the base of the quesadilla before putting toppings on it keeping it crispy and delicious. I've never seen it done that way before. Guac is outstanding! Ingredients are prepared in house and very appetizing. We sat outside in the shaded picnic table area. Even the outside is kept clean and inviting - same as inside. I would have to say that is the best food experience we've enjoyed on the fly in a long time! They deserve the great reviews they've received! It's not fancy, it's clean, honest, inviting, appealing and delicious. Wish we had more pics to share but we were busy stuffing our gobs ;)
