When I received my food, it was cold and tasted terrible. When I attempted to return it, the manager was confrontational and threw my change at me as if it were my fault for their mistakes. The employees’ attire was unkempt; I didn’t even see a uniform. To make matters worse, the coffee was disgusting, and for the price I paid, it was absolutely not worth it. I decided to give it another chance and visited through the drive-thru. While waiting in line with my window down, I caught a whiff of marijuana. I looked over and saw an employee sitting at the back door smoking a joint. That was it for me—I didn't want someone potentially high handling my order. The staff was also arguing amongst themselves while interacting with customers, which felt extremely unprofessional. I don’t know who manages this location, but they need to seriously reevaluate their hiring practices and bring in employees who actually take their jobs seriously and treat customers with respect. Otherwise, they should consider closing down. I won’t be returning; I'll stick with Daylight Donuts instead.
That was great! We tried the grilled cheese with pesto, and it was delicious. However, we were surprised to be charged for water. Which places in the USA do that?
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff member was very rude when taking my order. She interrupted me and rushed me when I hadn’t even finished ordering. When I reached the window, she mentioned she had another job, which seemed unprofessional. To top it off, my coffee was incorrect. I understand that not everyone enjoys their job, but that shouldn’t justify being rude to customers.
Excellent customer service. the employee was extremely professional and personal. we were immediately helped and welcomed with a smile and warm welcoming energy. coffee was hot, our sandwiches were nicely put together will definitely visit again.
I do not blame the workers at Dunkin' Donuts, I blame the company that doesn't pay people a livable wage. That's why it took over 20 minutes for me to get a simple iced coffee but the workers got my order wrong. Again, I don't blame them, if they were paid a livable wage of 20 25 an hour they'd have not only enough people so I wouldn't have to wait 20 minutes for a cup of coffee, but maybe they'd be more willing to get it right if they're being paid what they're worth. I'll likely hold off on coming back until Dunkin' employees unionize like Starbucks employee's are beginning to, unions ensure that people get what they need to actually survive and thrive. Also, Dunkin' food is not good, if you want a good donut that doesn't taste stale go to Daylight donuts.
