I just spent 21 dollars for a steak strumboli that when I cut into it poured liquid out in a big puddle that looks like watered down milk. There is barely any steak in it and its still cold in the middle. I am really disappointed as this was the one meal a month my husband and I get takeout and we get this. Jerry's has always been great up until this. Sadly I won't be choosing to eat here again any time soon.

Had the Sicilian Pizza tonight. It was awesome! Great flavor, plenty of sauce and toppings. The beer was so cold it had ice in the mug. The server checked on us several times. Just all around great.

The past two visits have been sad. A few weeks ago I dined in with my family after my sons baseball game (they were busy, a lot of other baseball families there) my mother in law and I both over heard the older lady at the front complaining about how busy it was because it was a week night! Why complain about business going good??? Without customers you have no business! The food was great, but the service ruins your experience. Today I called in 2 12” subs and a slice. I arrived to my order only being 1 8” and a slice. Very frustrating after calling in that way I wouldn’t have to wait, so I decided to go to another restaurant. Please correct the customer service skills.
