I gave a job on Thursday night. the tracker went through the process and I began to get texts that were my order on the way. the tracker then finished and I saw outside, no eating. So I called and the young man said the driver just left? weird, but okay. I waited 15 minutes and nothing so I called and the child said that eating was delivered to an old address that I deleted before I gave up the order and submitted my correct address. you may have said to the delivery child go back and see if my eating was outside the address to which it was delivered, even though it was sitting outside at this point for more than half an hour. I told them to pay my money back. he said he canceled the order and processed a refund. has not heard, so called the load the next day, where the child told me no one in the load could process a refund and I had to call company. they called companies and said that because this was a franchise shop, I needed the owner to call me and it would be expected so I could get my money back. it is now Tuesday and nothing yet. So I'll call again and get the General Manager on the phone, who says no one has processed a refund so that it would be another 3-5 working days for my money that I should have had at that point. I have forced myself to replace only my food that I have done involuntarily because I have tired of dealing with it. they have children who work in this load and no one is professional or knows what to do to the devil they would never order again. I understand that mistakes happen, but everyone I spoke has put the blame on someone else and I have no place.
All I can say is wow!!! Ordered online and waited 1 1/2 hours for my food. When it arrives its wrong and cold. Tried calling the store on rt 37 toms river where my order was processed and received no answer 2 times called a 3rd time and while I was on the phone on hold drove to the store. When I got into the store sure enough 2 employees 1manager and one employee in the store. Phone was ringing and my name was on the caller id.. employee out front was on his personal cell phone and manager was in the back. Manager told me with an attitude he was slammed...lol did manage to get what iordered but never again will I order from that store again. They were not busy just lazy. Need to fire whole night crew and find someone who cares.
Absolutely terrible ! My co workers and I ordered food and it took two hours for us to get our food. We tried calling after an hour to find out what was taking so long, we couldn’t even get a hold of them and when we finally did we were told it was on its way… 45 minutes later it arrived. The food was cold and soggy, such a waste of money ! Never again will I ever order from here .
I ordered online. I order 6 items, 3 of those items being pasta (2 bread bowls) when it came they were all pasta in a dish. No bread bowls. I didn't want to order online again and have to wait an hour for another order that's not correct, so I called to order. What was almost $16 online is over $23 when you call. I have to wait another 45 minutes for their mistake... Very disappointed. I did complain on their site and got a free pizza. But I wish I could have just gotten my order fixed and maybe expedited instead since my family is not fond of the pizza we enjoy the bread bowls and sides.
They know how to make a halfway decent pizza. Unfortunately no one ever told them how to call a phone!
