I ordered the Chicken Woodlands. The sauce is a lemon base with sun-dried tomatoes and a little goat cheese. The combination of all three flavors complicated this dish perfectly. The potatoes were creamy and the grilled vegetables were seasoned and cooked for perfection. The menu was impressive so I can't wait to go back to another meal. The service was also great. I would definitely recommend this place as a beautiful place to take from the city visitors or just for a nice meal.
Dinner with family, service was good food was very good and you will not go home hungry. The Jalapeños Bacon Mac
Excellent local mood with friendly staff! We love to come to The Republic Grille several times a week and appreciate that the staff has taken the opportunity to get to know us. The Republic Grille is ideal for lunch or dinner and offers a very consistent product. The food is always delicious and the service is friendly. Wednesday evenings are Wine Down Wednesday with live music and $10 from every bottle of wine $30 . Definitely recommend for a date night, girl night, sitting in the bar itself, family dinner, from the city guests, business dinners and quite any opportunity. Our favorite waiters are Mark, Ian, Donovan and Danielle!
Baked potato soup was creamy and delicious. I like that it did not have huge chunk a of potatoes. I have the avocado BLT, which was delicious. Our waitress was super friendly and visited us regularly. Interesting challenge getting to the restaurant as you expect entrances from the road that just aren’t there. Looks like they used to be there, but got closed off for some reason. Neglected to take photos, but we will be back and I’ll get them next time.
Took my wife for early Valentine's meal. Spinach artichoke dip was outstanding (her fave appetizer and they nailed it). I ordered the chicken fried steak with mashed and green beans. CFS was...okay. Mashed was good but had some ball of something in it (might could have been potato skin that rolled up on itself), green beans were legit. Wife discovered gum stuck to the underside of her side of the table (so that was kinda gross but that was another guest not the restaurant). All in all, we left stuffed and the food was good if not fantastic. Worth the drive from Klein and I'd go back.
