Rally's - Toledo

The wait time can be a bit long at times, but the food is always fresh. I appreciate that the staff is friendly and accommodating, allowing customers to order while waiting for their meal to be ready. They have my vote, despite the occasional longer wait.

The surrounding area appeared slightly questionable, which initially lowered my expectations to a 4-star rating. However, the food and service at this restaurant were exceptional! The friendly woman who assisted us at the drive-thru was incredibly polite, and our order was prepared perfectly.

I sat at this restaurant and ordered two sandwiches. The manager, an older white lady, was around at 10:45 at night. Despite the restaurant being crowded, she refused to make fresh sandwiches and just reheated the ones that were already made. When we received our sandwiches, they were cold. I will not be returning to this place. What is the point of receiving feedback if issues are not addressed and corrected?

I came for a 7 dollar meal a left spending 12 count all the crack heads that cummed change .food was good

I gave horrorstars because the one on the airport only gets one because the half of the time they want from most of what I want to order
